Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Mailendar ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Mailendar is a SaaS platform that parses forwarded emails to automatically create and manage calendar events. The Service uses AI to process email content on your behalf.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You may not share your account with others.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Forward emails containing illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or harass others
• Circumvent any rate limits or access controls

5. AI Processing

The Service uses third-party AI providers (including Google Gemini) to parse and interpret your email content. By using the Service you consent to this processing. We do not use your content to train AI models.

6. Subscriptions and Payment

Free and paid plans are available. Paid plan pricing is shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 14 days of a charge.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from account settings, which permanently removes your data immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-parsed events.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law, Mailendar's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim, or €50, whichever is greater.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
